DIGITAL CULTURES AND CAPABILITES

My name is Rochelle Saadie and I am an eighteen year old currently in my first year, at ACU (Strathfield), undertaking the bachelor of education(secondary) and bachelor of arts (mathematics) course, in hopes of becoming a mathematics teacher. My passion for mathematics was founded at a young age, so i was always aware of the career path I was going to undertake. I have constructed this blog site in order to showcase my understanding on certain driving questions through reflective journals. The first question I will be critically responding to is ‘Are digital natives a myth or reality?’, followed by the second reflection, ‘Is there an ethical code, when engaging in the digital space, we can all agree on? What might this look like?’. My response to the following questions have been constructed after and with reference to certain articles and readings. Having said that the following work housed in the reflective journals is mine, except if they have been referenced.
